Perfectly comfortable location really close to the Old Town/ Banje Beach and the mountains and the Old City, everything perfectly fine. Location close to the centre.

During my recent travel to Dubrovnik, I had the opportunity to stay at Villa Matic. Although my stay was only for transit, I must say that the convenient location of the hotel made my journey much smoother. With the nearest airport being just 16 km away, it was incredibly convenient to reach and begin my vacation without any hassle. the fact that Villa Matic is also just 20 km away from Dubrovnik allowed me to easily explore the city during my short stay.

I must admit that the steep journey to and from the main town was quite challenging. As someone with knee issues in my family, the steps proved to be quite strenuous for us.

Rooms here were equipped with breathtaking view as well as balcony. It was a pleasure to meet Ivan, the host, everything was perfect...

While Villa Matic offers many conveniences, one minor downside was the challenging journey to and from the main city. As we were previously warned, the steps leading to the town were quite steep, which could be problematic for those with knee issues.

villa matic was an absolute gem! the hosts were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the three-bedroom apartment was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated, with an incredible view of dubrovnik old town and the sea. parking was included, a rarity in dubrovnik. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our long weekend in dubrovnik.

Great location, kind host, and stunning view. Our romantic escape at this hotel was made even more special with the surprise welcome drink and the spacious apartment with its own bathroom in each room. We loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering to drive guests to the airport at 5:00 am. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The balcony and living room offer stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The location is convenient, with the Old Town just steps away. The private car park is a bonus, as is the availability of a washing machine. a great place to stay.

Felt spoiled, no complaints at all.

The room at Villa Matic was so cozy and comfortable! I loved chilling in the seating area while watching my favorite satellite TV shows. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a dishwasher made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. The private bathroom was spacious, and the shower was amazing!

Personally, I didn't enjoy having a bath or shower in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me!
